Strong second half gets Bucks past Magic, 107-98

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Unlike Friday night's loss in New York, the Bucks strong second half pushed them past a tough Orlando Magic team 107-98 at the BMO Harris Bradley Center Saturday.

Led by Monta Ellis' double-double (21 points, 11 assists) and Brandon Jennings' 20 points, the Bucks avoided a 3 game losing streak.

The Magic, losers of 9 straight, took the lead 55-54 in the 3rd quarter when J.J. Redick's lay up fell.

But the Bucks battled back a little later, going on a run to end the quarter up by 14.However, the Magic had a run of their own late in the 4th quarter cutting the Bucks lead to just 5. Ellis ended any upset hopes of Orlando by hitting 4 free throws down the stretch to lock up the win.

Larry Sanders added 17 points, 13 rebounds and 6 blocks in the win. The Bucks go back on the road Tuesday to face Denver.
