Lee Holloway accused of sexual assault, harassment

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Former Milwaukee County Board Chairman Lee Holloway is named in a discrimination complaint which was filed with the Equal Rights Division of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development on Thursday, February 7th.

In the complaint Holloway is accused of sexually assaulting and harassing a woman on April 13, 2012 -- right before Holloway left politics following a string of complaints regarding properties Holloway owns and failed attempts to run for county executive after Scott Walker became governor.

The complaint says "Holloway forcibly, and against Complainant's will, kissed Complainant, inserted his tongue into her mouth, grabbed her breast and grabbed her buttocks. Complainant directed Holloway to stop touching her immediately."

The complaint filed with the Dept. of Workforce Development against Holloway is not criminal. It is a workplace issue.

Legal complaints of this kind must be filed within 300 days of the incident, and that deadline appears to have been just barely met in this case.
