MILWAUKEE (WITI) – Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. and Uline, Inc. have announced a three-year sponsorship agreement beginning with this year’s 46th annual Summerfest.  The stage sponsorship will provide Uline, Inc. with naming and promotional rights to the “Uline Warehouse”, a major stage located on the north end of Henry Maier Festival Park.

As a leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, located in Pleasant Prairie, Uline, Inc. has also received the designation of “The Official Industrial Supplier of Summerfest.”  “The Official Industrial Supplier” designation is a first in the history of “The World’s Largest Music Festival”.

“We are excited to take our marketing partnership with Uline to the next level,” said Don Smiley, President and CEO of Milwaukee World Festival, Inc.  “As the title sponsor of one of our major live music venues, Uline will have the opportunity to connect with fans and customers, showcase a variety of world-class music performances at Summerfest and receive significant exposure as a leading corporate entity in Southeastern Wisconsin.”

The stage’s lineup will appeal to all music fans, featuring an eclectic mix of acts from various genres, including classic rock, country, hard rock, blues and jam bands.  The “Uline Warehouse” talent lineup will be announced in the coming months.

“Being involved with Summerfest over the last few years has been a great experience.  Summerfest is an amazing world-class event,” Uline’s President, Liz Uihlein expressed.  “We are very excited to be expanding our partnership with this great Milwaukee tradition by sponsoring one of the major stages.”

As a previous marketing partner of Summerfest, Uline, Inc. had sponsored a smaller demonstration area on the grounds known as the “Uline SportsZone”, which featured interactive daily programming and sports demonstrations.
