Fire damages home at 49th & Center in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee fire officials are investigating the cause of a house fire that broke out near 49th and Center early Sunday morning, March 3rd.

Firefighters were first called to the scene around 4:30 a.m. Police say the people living in the home were able to get out safely and the fire was put out quickly.

The fire caused about $45,000 in damage.
