Flight for Life called to Okauchee Lake for snowmobile crashes

WAUKESHA COUNTY (WITI) — Flight for Life was called to Okauchee Lake after two snowmobilers crashed.

According to Waukesha County dispatchers, there were two separate crashes, but both happened around 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Both riders were thrown from their sled after they hit ice, causing them to go airborne.

One was taken to the hospital via Flight for Life and the other by ambulance.

There is no word on their conditions at this time.
