Chef Feker, Theresa Reagan make salad, discusses Stillwaters Center

Chef Feker joins Real Milwaukee with special guest Theresa Reagan to prepare his favorite salad and discuss Hospital Food Fight to support Stillwaters Cancer Support Services.



  • ·       1 carrot, grilled and chopped
  • ·       1 zucchini, grilled and chopped
  • ·       2 tomatoes, grilled and chopped
  • ·       ½ lb mushroom diced
  • ·       8 asparagus spears blanched and chopped
  • ·       ½ broccoli cut in florets, chopped
  • ·       4 breast of chicken, grilled (seasoned with salt and 1 tsp  cayenne pepper)
  • ·       1 Romaine lettuce cut in quarters and kept in wedges
  • ·       4 oz Crumbled Blue cheese
  • ·       4 slices crispy bacon
  • ·       4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped


  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup EVO
  • salt and pepper to taste


Sear chicken until cooked through, let rest and then dice
