BURLINGTON (WITI) -- 21-year-old Tyler Kautzman of Burlington has been charged following a drug bust in Burlington last week.

Kautzman faces the following charges:

The Racine County Sheriff's Office SWAT team and agents from the Racine Co. Metro Drug Unit arrested three suspects early March 28th after executing a "no knock" search warrant in Burlington.

The criminal complaint against Kautzman says during the search of a home on Market St., investigators located in the living room drug paraphernalia which appeared to be everywhere, including digital scales, packaging bags, marijuana, and a cash box, large amounts of marijuana in the bedrooms, marijuana packaged for resale, along with an AK-47 assault rifle with a loaded magazine in the gun and a shotgun that was loaded with a round in the chamber.

Officials also found remnants of a grow operation and current manufacturing operation.  There were nine stalks in growing media and a bag of moldy plant trimmings or leafs and stalks.  There was also a cylindrical tube full of sifted marijuana powder and butane lighters.  This is consistent with manufacturing “honey,” a process used to extract the THC -- according to the criminal complaint against Kautzman.

Charges are now pending against two other suspects identified as 21-year-old Quinten Wolf of Burlington and 20-year-old Rose Jauregui of Waterford (not shown).

Quinten Wolf and Tyler Kautzman were arrested last week for possession with intent to deliver THC, keeper of a drug place, possession of drug paraphernalia, all while armed within 1000 feet of Nettle E. Karcher School.

The criminal complaint in the case indicates Kautzman was previously charged with misdemeanor possession of THC and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and was not to possess or consume any controlled substance, as a result of his bond.
