MILWAUKEE (WITI) — A 34-year-old Beaver Dam man faces multiple charges including his third OWI after an incident which happened on Monday, March 11th in the Village of Greendale. The accused is Michael Cisneros.

According to the criminal complaint, Cisneros was driving the wrong way in the southbound lanes of S. 76th St. The complaint indicates Cisneros almost struck another vehicle head on in an intersection.

A Greendale police officer pulled Cisneros over and the complaint indicates Cisneros told the officer he had “consumed 2-3 beers while attending the WWF wrestling event in downtown Milwaukee.”

The complaint indicates Cisneros’ blood alcohol contest was .298 — or nearly four times the legal limit for driving.

If convicted, Cisneros faces up to ten years in prison plus $25,000 in fines.
