West Allis police need help to identify robbery suspect

WEST ALLIS (WITI) — West Allis police are looking for your help to identify a robbery suspect who held up a liquor store at 78th and Becher Sts.

Investigators say the suspect was wearing a black cap with an emblem or cross on it and a dark brown hooded jacket with light colored lining in the hood. The suspect displayed a handgun and took cash from the business. He fled on foot from the business. Witnesses observed the suspect driving a silver vehicle, possibly a Nissan.

It is believed the same suspect is responsible for a robbery that occurred on March 26th at 85th and W. Greenfield Ave. In that robbery, a gun was also displayed and money was taken from the business.
