Bucks swept out of the playoffs by Heat in another blow out, 88-77

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Without much of a fight, the Milwaukee Bucks were swept out of the NBA Playoffs Sunday afternoon with an 88-77 loss to the Miami Heat.

Like the previous playoff games against the Heat, the Bucks stayed close for much of the game, only to have the Heat blow the game open in the 4th quarter. Also like the previous 3 games, the Bucks hurt themselves with costly turnovers and poor shooting in key stretches of the game.

Unlike the other games, Bucks point guard Brandon Jennings didn't factor into the game at all. He finished with only 3 points and seemed to disappear when he was on the court. He also was on the bench for the entire 4th quarter. Monta Ellis led the Bucks with 21 points.

Even with out Dwyane Wade, the Heat rolled with another big game from Lebron James who scored 30 points. Former Buck, Ray Allen also came up big for the defending champions as delivered big blows with 3 point shots from all over the court whenever it seemed like Milwaukee was closing the gap. He would go 4 of 7 from behind the arc, finishing with 16 points.

The Bucks season comes to an end, while the Heat will advance to the 2nd round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs with the 4-0 series win. The big question for Milwaukee will be what to do with Brandon Jennings who will become a restricted free agent.
