Brewers swept in Cincy 5-1

CINCINNATI -- The Milwaukee Brewers struggles continued in Cincinnati, where the Reds completed a 3 game sweep with a 5-1 win. The Brewers (15-20) have lost 4 in a row and 9 of the last 10-inclduing 8 straight to division opponents.

Wily Peralta gave the Brewers 6 solid innings, but a Donald Lutz three-run homer (the first of his major league career), plus an unearned run on two errors proved to be his undoing.

The Crew were just 4 for 26 with runners in scoring position; the Reds were 11 for 30.

The 10 game road trip continues on Monday night in Pittsburgh; after 4 games there, Milwaukee has to see the Cardinals again, this time in St. Louis.
