Chef Feker joins FOX6 WakeUp to prepare herb and citrus compound butter.

IL MITO’S HERB AND CITRUS COMPOUND BUTTER
Makes 1/3 of a pound

Ingredients
• 1 stick butter (softened)
• 1 tbsp fresh sage chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
• 1 tbsp rosemary chopped
• 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
• Zest of 2 lemon
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon of E.V.O.O
• 2-3 cloves garlic chopped
• Salt and white or fresh cracked black pepper

Preparation
Place first 9 ingredients in the bowl of your food processor & mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
