Police: Four-year-old struck by car near 19th and State

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Milwaukee police say a four-year-old was struck near 19th and State Wednesday afternoon, June 19th.

Police say it happened around 1:00 p.m. — and say the four-year-old boy was struck by a westbound 2000 tan Dodge Stratus when he darted into traffic between parked cars.

A 47-year-old female driver remained on the scene.

The child was taken to the hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
