SHEBOYGAN (WITI) -- 28-year-old Ger Chang is wanted by U.S. Marshals and authorities are hoping his various tattoos will make him stand out.

Chang was involved in a Winnebago shooting in 2011 and is classified as armed and dangerous. Officials believe he has gang ties.

Identifying tattoos on Chang include a large dragon on his right shoulder, the word 'Madison' spanning the top of his back, and 'hmoob' on his left upper arm. Marshals say several other tattoos may be visible as well.

Chang is 5'4" tall and weighs approximately 130 lbs. Police believe he is hiding out in Sheboygan.

If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Ger Chang, U.S. Marshals are asking you to call 414-297-3707.
