Brewers shut out Marlins again, 6-0

MILWAUKEE -- Yovani Gallardo pitched 6 1/3rd shutout innings, and the bullpen combined to blank the Miami Marlins for the 2nd straight night, 6-0 Saturday at Miller Park.
The Brewers were the last team to record a shutout; they have a major league-leading 7 in the last 30 games.
The All-Star break did nothing to cool off the scalding-hot bat of Jonathan Lucroy. The Brewers catcher went 4 for 4, with his 14th home run, a double and 2 singles, to go with 2 rbi.
Ricky Weeks walloped his 10th of the year on a night when the Brewers honored the men who played in the Negro Leagues. Rickie's grandfather was a Negro Leagues player.
The team wore reproductions of the 1923 Milwaukee Bears uniforms.
The Crew tries for a 3 game sweep of the Fish Sunday afternoon.
