Storms possible Sunday afternoon, evening



MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The cool down continues on Sunday, July 21st, and with the cooler, less humid weather, we also see a chance for storms Sunday afternoon and evening.

FOX6 Meteorologist Vince Condella said scattered showers and storms are possible through about 8:00 p.m. Sunday.

Some of these storms may produce brief heavy rainfall, gusty winds and small hail.

As we head into the work week, we see a chance of precipitation on Monday and Tuesday, before drying out as the work week continues.

Sunday Evening and Sunday Night: Scattered showers and t-storms. Some of the storms may produce brief heavy rainfall, gusty winds, and small hail. Low: 67°. Dewpoint in the low 60s. Wind: E-SE 5-10 mph

Monday: Mild and muggy. Partly sunny. High near 86°. Dewpoint in the mid 60s. Wind: SE-SW 6-12 mph

Monday Night: Mild and muggy. Partly cloudy in the evening. Periods of showers and t-storms mainly after Midnight. Low: 70°. Dewpoint in the mid 60s. Wind: SW-NW 6-12 mph
