Reward offered for info. leading to arrest in shooting

MOUNT PLEASANT (WITI) -- Mount Pleasant police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect responsible for a non-fatal shooting that occurred back on July 2nd, 2013.

Police say it happened just before 11:30 p.m. in the 3000 block of Carpenter Ave.

22-year-old Gabriel Sauceda was shot in the head. The man told police he was sitting in his living room when he was shot through one of the front windows of his home.

Sauceda was taken to the hospital, where he was treated and released.

At this time investigators are seeking help from the public.
