Milwaukee family invents swim aid for children with autism

When most people have a need, say not burning in the sun, they go out a buy sum screen to fill that need. But, what if the product for your need didn't exist? For one Milwaukee family, they invented a solution. 10-year-old Harley Johnston from Milwaukee was diagnosed with autism at the age of two. For his parents, that means they have to take extra precautions to keep their son safe -- especially when they take him swimming. For most kids it's an easy solution -- life vest -- but for Harley that just wouldn't work. And when the life vest didn't work, Johnston family inadvertently invented a swim aid for children with autism. CLICK HERE for more information about their swim aid.
