Over a dozen protesters arrested at state Capitol Friday

MADISON (WITI) -- For the third straight day, on Friday, July 26th, protesters were arrested at the state Capitol.

More than a dozen people were arrested.

For the last two years, voters upset with Gov. Scott Walker have staged daily protests. However, earlier in July, a federal judge ruled groups larger than 20 people need to obtain a permit.

Starting this week, police began arresting folks without a proper permit.

More than 60 people have been arrested this week.
