Bicyclist killed in crash involving vehicle in Sheboygan County

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY (WITI) — Sheboygan County Sheriff’s officials were on the scene Wednesday, July 31st of a fatal crash involving a bicycle and a vehicle.

It happened on County Highway A at W. Union Ave. in the Town of Sheboygan, and involved a 55-year-old bicyclist from the city of Sheboygan, and a 2001 Ford Focus.

Deputies from the Sheboygan Sheriff’s Office, along with Officer’s from Kohler Police Department, Town of Sheboygan First Responder’s, and Orange Cross Ambulance responded to the scene.

The bicyclist was deceased at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.

Names will be released pending notification of immediate family.
