Crew can't sweep Cubs, bow 6-1

CHICAGO -- The Milwaukee Brewers couldn't pull off a 4 game sweep of the Cubs at Wrigley Field, losing 6-1 on Wednesday night in the Windy City.
Wily Peralta allowed 4 runs in 5 innings before the game was interrupted for 66 minutes because of rain in the 6th.
Anthony Rizzo and Starlin Castro homered for the host off Peralta, who has lost two straight starts since going 2-0 with a 0.31 ERA in his first four outings of July.
The Brewers placed pitcher Yovani Gallardo on the 15 day disabled list with a strained left hamstring. They did not make any deals before Wednesday afternoon's trade deadline.
