Crew finally clip Cards at home

MILWAUKEE -- Even after Tuesday night's 6-3 victory over St. Louis, the Brewers are sixteen games below 500; the Cardinals are 19 games above the break-even point.
But in winning their first meeting with their division nemesis at Miller Park in 6 tries, Milwaukee gave manager Mike Matheny's team a taste of its' own medicine.

Rallying from a 3-0 deficit, the host helped Kyle Lohse (9-8) beat his former ball club for the first time. Starting in place of Juan Francisco (8 straight strikeouts in 2 consecutive games), Sean Halton drove in 3 runs with a pair of singles. The Crew scored 5 runs on 5 hits in the 4th inning.
Jim Henderson recorded his 19th save.
The 2 teams play the rubber match of the 3 game series Wednesday afternoon at Miller Park.
