Heat advisory now affects all of southeast Wisconsin until 8 p.m. Tuesday

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — The worst of our stretch of heat happens Tuesday, August 27th. A Heat Advisory will be in effect from noon until 8 p.m. for the entire FOX6 viewing area. Heat Index values range from 95° to 105° this afternoon and early evening.

This Afternoon: Becoming mostly sunny. Slight chance of showers and T’storms. Hot and humid. High: 94° (some areas warmer than this, especially south of a Milwaukee-Madison line). Dewpoint around 70°. Wind: SW 5-10 mph

Tonight: Chance for thunderstorms. Low: 72°.

Wednesday: Sun and clouds. Morning low: 70°. High: 84° but cooler lakeside. Dewpoint in the mid 60s. Wind: N-NE 6-12 mph
