PITTSBURGH (WITI)– The Crew battled with the Pittsburgh Pirates in their 7-6 win Tuesday night in Milwaukee’s last trip to PNC this season.

Aramis Ramirez stole the show going 4 for 5 with 4 RBIs. Ramirez also hit a career milestone. In the top of the 4th Ramirez went deep to center for his 8th homer of the year and 350th of his career.

The Pirates battled back in the 5th and 6th and tied things up in the bottom of the 7th. But youngan Caleb Gindl’s sac fly in the top of the 8th would give the Crew just enough to secure the win.

Starter Kyle Lohse went 5.1 innings pitched allowing 13 hits and 5 earned runs. Rob Wooten would get the win going 1.2 innings pitched with one hit and one earned run.
