Driver smashes through garage near 60th and Morgan Sunday

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Officials were on the scene Sunday afternoon, September 1st near 60th and Morgan, where police say a car plowed into a home.

Police say the driver went over the median, hit a tree and then smashed through a garage.

Police say no one was home at the time, and it is believed there were no injuries.

The driver, a man in his 50s, is in custody.

Police say alcohol may have played a role in this crash.
