Cards shuffle Crew again, 5-1

ST. LOUIS -- To say that the St. Louis Cardinals have the Brewers number is an understatement; Wednesday night's 5-1 win was the hosts 12th in 15 meetings with Milwaukee this season.
Marco Estrada pitched no hit ball for 5 and 2/3rds innings and left with a 1-0 lead in the 7th. But the Cards tied matters and scored 4 more in the 8th, highlighted by Matt Adams 2-run homer.
Former Brewers reliever John Axford pitched a scoreless 9th inning, giving up a hit and striking out 2.
The Brewers will try to avoid a 3 game sweep Thursday evening in St. Louis.
