Brewers fall to Mets in season finale

NEW YORK (WITI)-- The Crew's season finale was much like the entire season itself. The Crew blew a 1 run lead late and fell 3-2.

Milwaukee starter Marco Estrada was strong going 7 innings pitched, allowing 2 hits and 1 earned run, while fanning 8.  Reliever Brandon Kintzler gets the loss, his 3rd of the year, and the blown save, his 4th of the season.

The Crew had a hard time swinging the bat, picking up only 6 hits. Jonathon Lucroy counted for 2 of them going 2-4 with 1 run.   Rookies Sean Halton and Logan Schafer each picked up an RBI in the top of the 4th, the only inning the Brewers scored in.

Milwaukee ends the season with a 74-88 record, but did finish the season strong winning 5 of their last 7.
