KENOSHA (WITI) -- 33-year-old Antonio Brown of Kenosha faces multiple felony charges for allegedly dangling a boy from an overpass. He's also accused of forcing two boys to drink alcohol.

Brown faces two counts each of physical abuse of a child and second-degree recklessly endangering safety.

According to the criminal complaint, Brown had been out with his girlfriend at a Halloween party and returned to her Kenosha home around 1 a.m. on Sunday, October 27th.  The complaint says Brown, who police say was still wearing clown makeup from the party, told his girlfriend's 13-year-old and eight-year-old boys that "he wanted to go for a walk on the train tracks." They had apparently done this in the past -- and the boys joined Brown.

The complaint indicates the boys noticed Brown was "acting strange and that (Brown) had brought a bottle of unknown alcohol on the walk." One of the boys told police Brown was drinking from the bottle of alcohol and made them drink it too. One of the boys said Brown "made him drink so much that he threw up."

The complaint says the younger of the boys then started to "become afraid and wanted to go home and this made (Brown) angry." The criminal complaint says the boys tried to run southbound on some railroad tracks toward the 50th St. overpass. That's when the complaint says Brown caught the older of the boys "on top of the overpass, grabbed him, picked him up and hung him upside down from the overpass stating, 'If you try that again, I'm going to drop you.'"

The criminal complaint says officers were dispatched to the neighborhood where residents had heard screaming. The officers found Brown and the two boys, who were "crying uncontrollably," behind a section of tall bushes. Officers noted a "strong odor of intoxicants coming from the defendant's breath." Brown also had slurred speech.

If convicted of the charges, Brown faces up to ten years in prison and $25,000 in fines. He is due in court for his preliminary hearing on Tuesday, November 5th.

are you kidding me…. what is wrong with people and mothers now days to need to take special precautions with boyfriends who ARE NOT the father. Thankfully the kids were not hurt.

This guy is a disgusting excuse for a human being.
And the woman, the so called mother of the two children, is just as pathetic, if not worse! I truly hope there is something she can be charged with.
To allow a person like this to be around and alone with your children is wrong. To allow them to take your children out, at 1am, after they’ve clearly been drinking all night, is wrong. Why would she allow her two young children to be awake and out at 1:00am?!
PATHETIC! Remove these children from this “mother”.

Scary, and I don’t mean in a Halloween way. Maybe all the recent sickening news stories have twisted my logic, but the first thought that came to my mind was that he wanted to molest the boys. You can never be too careful who is around your children, yes, even the teenagers.

It’s sad that some women has to have a man @any price… children are resilent! but this act could shape their future! I thank God that idiot didn’t drop them over! I hope this is a wake up call for the mother!
