MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- He's an award-winning chef that grew up in a building on Milwaukee's east side. But Sanford D'Amato's story goes deeper than just a restaurant. His book, "Good Stock: Life on a Slow Simmer" offers up stories and recipes that have molded him into the person and chef he is today. Studio A's Brian Kramp picks up the story.
