Marquette snaps 27 home game win streak, fall to Ohio State

MILWAUKEE (WIT)-- Marquette's home game win streak stays at 27 games after falling 52-35 to number 10 Ohio State at the BMO Harris Bradley Center on Saturday.

Both teams struggled to get points on the board in the first half.  The Buckeyes shot 26.9% and Marquette 20.7%.  The game was tied at 19 heading into half time.

The 2nd half is where Marquette fell apart shooting 16.7%, while the Buckeyes went 57.7%.

Marquette's point leaders were barely in the double digits: Todd Mayo with 11 and Davante Gardner with 10.

Marquette will take on New Hampshire Thursday the 21st at the BMO Harris Bradley Center at 7:00 p.m. CT.
