Paul Krajniak, Exec. Dir. of Discovery World Museum is set to retire

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- FOX6 News has learned the executive director of the Discovery World Museum is set to retire.

Paul Krajniak has been with the museum since it opened 31 years ago at a Boys & Girls Club.

Krajniak is set to retire at the end of 2014.

Krajniak saw the organization move to its current home at Pier Wisconsin on the Lakefront and helped launch several of its exhibits.

Krajniak will pursue an independent research track in 2014, and will provide assistance to Discovery World during the transition.
