"The person from Milwaukee with the burglary warrant was known to carry a firearm known to be armed in the past...weigh on the side of caution," said Ringel.

Officers tried to contact the person inside -- but did not establish communication.  The SWAT team was brought in to help with the situation around 7:30 a.m.

Around 10 a.m., the man inside the home police were trying to contact was taken into custody.

"We are interviewing and determining what else was going on in that residence do we have other changes? So there  may be arrests forth coming in this case," said Ringel.

Police have not released any names of the people involved. The 25-year-old suspect from Milwaukee is being held at the Sheboygan County Jail.

Meanwhile, the other man involved is a 24-year-old suspect in custody for human trafficking -- and the 16-year-old girl who was the original victim is in custody for an unrelated juvenile warrant out of Milwaukee.
