MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- This is a video that's been on YouTube for a while -- but it really gaining steam the last few days. It shows the happy reunion between a soldier who's returned home from Afghanistan -- much to the delight of his three-year-old daughter. TISSUE ALERT!
