A second count against him (child enticement - sexual contact) was dismissed.

A separate case against him for felony bail jumping was also dismissed.

Lambkin's case drew some outrage, after Lambkin was released on bail to his home in Racine -- which happened to be located right next door to that of his alleged victim.
