UW students head down to North Texas to watch Badgers

MADISON (WITI) -- We're are just one day away for the Badgers' Final Four game -- and fans are making their way to Texas. Around 7 a.m. Friday, April 4th dozens of students loaded onto buses.  Students should arrive back in Madison by 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 8th.

The Badgers face Kentucky on Saturday, April 5th at 7:49 p.m.

The trip will cost students $100. The trip includes round-trip coach transportation from Madison to North Texas.

The trip DOES NOT include game tickets, lodging, food or ground transportation from the drop-off site.

The drop-off location is the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Arlington, Texas. This is the central location off the interstate and offers other hotel options.

Students are responsible for transportation from La Quinta to their respective hotel on Friday night and back to the drop-off location on Tuesday morning.

Students MUST purchase a game ticket in order to travel.

Students are responsible for finding their own way home if not present at departure location on Tuesday.

Arrival is set for 10:00 p.m at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Arlington.

Departure from Texas is set for 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 8th.

Students should arrive back in Madison by 10:00 p.m. Tuesday.
