NORTH CAROLINA (WITI) — A Fayetteville, North Carolina teen is accused of posioning her grandmother’s collard greens as revenge!

The 17-year-old girl was apparently upset her phone was taken away.

Authorities say the girl poured insecticide and termite killer into a pot of greens on Easter Sunday.

The girl’s grandmother and a family friend got sick.

The teenager allegedly confessed to the poisoning.

The girl has now been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
