You will need about 1 lb pork (boneless county ribs works), about 1 lb veal roast or steak – cut the meat into cubes about 1 – 1 1/2 inches – trim excess fat.

Now alternate the meat cubes on 6″ wood sticks (about 2 – 3 cubes of each meat) season with salt and pepper.

Make an egg wash (eggs and milk).

Dip meat sticks in egg wash and then bread crumbs.

Brown meat sticks in bacon drippings and place on a rack in a covered roasting pan.

Put a little water in the bottom and cook in a 350 degree oven for about an hour.
