OUTGAMIE CO. (WITI) -- A young Wisconsin artist is in the running to win the 2014 edition of the Doodle 4 Google contest in her age group (K-3). Her name is Vinessa Verheyen -- and she attends Greenville Elementary School in Outgamie County.
Vinessa writes about her doodle (shown above): "If I could invent one thing to make the world a better place… It would be a cloud plow. It can get rid of clouds to make it sunny out so people can use solar energy. It also can push the clouds to areas that need rain."
