When "selfies" backfire: Man posts photos "bragging" about his success dealing drugs

STUART, FLORIDA (WITI) -- A man was arrested after he bragged on Facebook about how easy it was for him to sell drugs!

This, according to the Martin County Sheriff's Office.

Martin County Sheriff's officials on May 9th posted the story to their Facebook page.

Sheriff's officials posted photos of 21-year-old Taylor Harrison of Port St. Lucie, Florida that he had apparently posted to his own Facebook page.

Sheriff's officials say the pictures were posted with Harrison bragging about his life as a drug dealer, and how easy it is for him to sell drugs in front of Martin County Sheriff's deputies.

The first photo was snapped by Harrison as he pulled up alongside a Martin County Sheriff's deputy.

The second photo shows Harrison with stacks of drug cash and drugs that he says he sells.

Next to his car is a patrol car.

The third photo shows a Martin County Sheriff's undercover camera capturing Harrison selling drugs to a Sheriff's deputy.

Sheriff's officials say Harrison told them he's one of the best around!

This is Harrison's booking photo at Martin County Jail -- after Sheriff's officials arrested him for...you guessed it -- selling drugs to undercover narcotics detectives!

Martin County Sheriff's officials say: "Since Taylor was kind of enough to share photos of us on his Facebook page, we thought we would share these photos of Taylor on our page."

Harrison is being held on a $55,000 bond.
