PLEASANT PRAIRIE (WITI) — A man is under arrested after two separate incidents on Thursday, May 22nd in Pleasant Prairie.

In the first incident, police say the man was driving his vehicle in an “inappropriate and disruptive manner” in the parking lot of Lakeview Technical Academy on Highway H in Pleasant Prairie.

Police say the man was speeding through the lot, squealing his tires.

Police say a security officer came out to confront the man — and he took off.

A short time later — just before 2:00 p.m., police received a call that a vehicle had crashed into a culvert on Highway 31 next to the Meijer distribution plant.

Police found that the man had crashed his vehicle through a cyclone fence.

When police tried to talk with the man, they say he became angry — and police had to take him to the ground.

He was taken to Kenosha County Jail on a resisting arrest charge — with other charges pending.

Police are investigating to determine whether alcohol may have been involved in this incident.
