Racine County Sheriff’s officials: 30-year-old Waterford man died Friday in violent crash

RACINE COUNTY (WITI) — Racine County Sheriff’s officials say a man killed in a crash on Friday morning, June 27th has been positively identified. It happened just before 11:00 a.m. in the Town of Norway.

He is 30-year-old James O’Hagan.

Sheriff’s officials say the crash involved a single vehicle that was headed northbound on South Loomis Road in the Town of Norway when it crossed the centerline and left the road — striking a tree.

O’Hagan, of Waterford was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Sheriff’s officials say impact into the tree severed the vehicle into two parts.

There were no other occupants in the vehicle.

Sheriff’s officials say their investigation into this crash continues.
