OZAUKEE COUNTY (WITI) — Ozaukee County Sheriff’s officials have announced the arrest of a 33-year-old Milwaukee man for conspiracy to deliver heroin.

The man was arrested on Tuesday, July 1st.

Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force members obtained arrest warrants for the man — charging him with three counts of conspiracy to deliver heroin — after Sheriff’s officials say he delivered approximately 5.5 grams of heroin to an undercover officer on three occasions between June 17th and June 20th on Bayshore Drive in Glendale.

The man was arrested in Milwaukee without incident on Tuesday.

He is expected to make his initial appearance in Ozaukee County Circuit Court on Wednesday afternoon.

Ozaukee County Sheriff’s officials say: “As a continuing effort to fight the heroin epidemic, the Ozaukee County Drug Task Force remains committed to bringing to justice any drug dealer that targets the citizens of Ozaukee County.”
