Caught on camera sleeping at Yankee Stadium, man is now SUING for $10 million!

NEW YORK (WITI) -- He was caught on camera snoozing away at a baseball game at Yankee Stadium in New York -- and now, he's suing!

The New York Post is reporting that Andrew Robert Rector has filed a $10 million defamation lawsuit against ESPN announcers Dan Shulman and John Kruk.

Rector claims the announcers unleashed “avalanche of disparaging words” against him that include “stupor, fatty, unintelligent, stupid.”

ESPN isn't discussing the suit.

Rector admits to falling asleep for a brief period of time during the April 13th game between the Bronx Bombers and the Boston Red Sox.

Video of the incident has been posted to MLB's YouTube page.
