Former Harley-Davidson employees file discrimination suit against staffing firm

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Several former Harley-Davidson employees have filed a discrimination lawsuit against a staffing firm.

According to a story in USA Today, they allege that Infosys discriminated against American workers by replacing them with temporary workers from South Asia.

Harley-Davidson contracted with Infosys to staff its delivery center.

Infosys has disputed the claims.

Infosys says the company faced a talent shortage in the United States.
