Fresh from the market, Bel Air Cantina whips up something tasty

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- A restaurant that knows the importance of fresh ingredients is gracing Studio A on Friday, July 18th. Check out what Brian Kramp learned about Bel Air Cantina and some of its menu items.

Recipe:


    DIRECTIONS: place the sauté pan on a high heat flame. Heat the oil and cook the tilapia for 2 to 3 min on each side. When the fish is fully cooked remove the sauté pan from the stove and let it rest aside.

    Strawberry Mango salsa


      DIRECTIONS: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

      Chimichurri sauce


        DIRECTIONS: Place the garlic in the "molcajete" and smash it, add the rest of the ingredients and smash all the ingredients together to release the flavors from the herbs. Place the tilapia on the tortilla shells, top with salsa and drizzle the chimichurri on the tacos.
