Green Bay Packers considering variable ticket prices for 2015 season...so what would that mean?

GREEN BAY (WITI) -- Green Bay Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy says the team is considering variable ticket pricing for the 2015 season.

That would mean tickets for marquee match-ups against key rivals -- such as the Chicago Bears, would cost more than other regular-season games.

Also under construction, lowering the price for pre-season games.

This practice is already being done by other sports teams -- including the Milwaukee Brewers.

The Packers are watching other NFL teams experimenting with the pricing strategy this season.

The organization will see what happens with those teams before moving forward.
