(WITI) -- Newswatch 16’s Sofia Ojeda was conducting interviews at the Wayne County Fair in Pennsylvania when she came across an adorable little boy named Noah Ritter. Ritter, who's from Wilkes-Barre, stole the show, even though it was "apparently" his first experience with live television.
