Upon further review, Brewers win 4-3

MILWAUKEE -- The Brewers opened a challenging homestand by knocking off the Giants, 4-3 Tuesday night at Miller Park.  Newly acquired Gerardo Parra hit a tie-breaking homer in the 7th inning to collect his first hit as a Brewer.  Parra also later made a fine sliding catch.

Rookie Jimmy Nelson gets credit for the victory, thanks to a seven inning outing soiled only by Pablo Sandoval's three-run homer.

San Francisco's Joe Panek was called safe at first with two outs in the top of the ninth inning, however, instant replay review determined he was out.

The Cardinals also won Tuesday night, meaning Milwaukee's lead in the NL Central division remains one game.
