Caught on camera: Police ask for your help to identify robbery suspect



MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee Police are asking the public to help identify a robbery suspect who is accused of robbing the Family Dollar located at 121 W. Oklahoma Avenue on October 13, 2014, at 4:45 p.m.

The unknown actor entered the Family Dollar store, brought two items to the register and initiated a transaction with the store employee. When the employee opened the register, the actor reached over the counter and removed US currency from the register drawer while implying to employee that actor had a gun. Actor then fled with US currency and the two items originally brought to register for purchase.

The suspect is a white male seen wearing a black knit hat with a red ball on top with a white stripe that goes around the circumference that says "Bay View" on the left side and "Burnhearts" on the right side, and appears to be worn over a dark colored, baseball style hat.

He was also wearing a blue or grey, Columbia brand winter coat with the hood down, and a light colored "V" under each arm; a grey sweatshirt with blue writing; blue Adidas athletic pants with 3 dark stripes running down the outside of each leg and black; Nike shoes with a white "Swoosh" on the outside of each shoe.
