Mayor Barrett, other city officials “toast” the sale of downtown “Posner Building”

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and other city officials “toasted” the sale of a downtown Milwaukee building on Wednesday, October 8th.

HKS Holdings has purchased the “Posner Building” for $3.4 million.

The new owner has planned a $23 million redevelopment that will include over 100 apartments and retail space for new tenants on the first floor.

The building houses Mo’s Irish Pub and the pub will remain.
